The Industrial Tax Exemption Program (ITE) is available only to manufacturers.It abates local property taxes (Ad Valorem) on new investment up to ten years.It applies to all improvements to the land, buildings, machinery, equipment, and any other property that is part of the manufacturing process. The Restoration Tax Abatement (RTA) Program is an incentive program created to encourage expansion, restoration, improvement, and development of existing structures in Downtown Development Districts, Economic Development Districts or Historic Districts.
